Where can I obtain instruction booklet for my watch?

The retailer is supposed to provide an instruction booklet with the watch. If you do not have one, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the watch.  However instruction booklets are available to download on this site.  In addition, inteactive guides can be found on our calibre operation website.

Where can I obtain a warranty for my watch?

The warranty booklet should have been provided with the watch by the retailer. If you do not have one, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the watch. As a warranty booklet cannot be re-issued, please take care not to misplace it during the warranty period.

What guarantee do I get when I purchase my watch?

Your watch will come with a guarantee against defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.

What does the guarantee cover?

Your guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship, but of course you still have your statutory rights.

Can I buy a watch off the internet?

Seiko believes that the best way for you to select and purchase a Seiko watch is at one of our authorised retail stores. Only in these stores can you be sure to find the latest Seiko collection, and be sure that your new watch bracelet will be sized and fitted correctly, free of charge. Seiko, therefore, recommends that you do not purchase a Seiko watch through any website, unless it is a authorised Seiko dealer with its own retail premises that you can visit. Some non-authorised sites sell counterfeit or second-hand watches, or watches that have been tampered with, and are, therefore, not eligible for care under the Seiko warranty. Others do not offer any after-sales service of any kind. Please note that Seiko cannot be held responsible for any claim or promise made on external sites or elsewhere by individuals or organizations other than Seiko Watch Corporation. Seiko takes great care to ensure that our authorised Seiko dealers offer you the very best products and service. Please take advantage of the peace-of-mind that only they can offer to Seiko purchasers.

I've been to a number of Seiko retailers in my area, and none of them carries the watch I want. How do I get it?

If you know the model number of the watch you want to buy, please contact us on 01628 770988 and we will give you the details of one of our authorised dealers who can place a special order for you.

Where can I obtain watch catalogues?

We do not sell directly to individuals and therefore we have no catalogues for individual use. The current collection of watches is featured on this site.
