What are your office opening hours?
Our standard office opening hours are 09:00 to 17:30 and the Customer Services Department will normally answer telephone calls (01628 770988) and respond to emails (service@seiko.co.uk) during these hours.
The walk in Service Reception at SC House, Vanwall Road, Maidenhead, SL6 4UW is normally open from 08:30 to 16:15 and watches may be brought in for repair and collected once the repair has been completed. We cannot accept items for repair outside these times for security reasons.
In both instances these times are subject to change for training or other staffing purposes
