Seiko UK Ltd was appointed the UK distributor for Franklin products within the United Kingdom, commencing from 1st October 2004.

Products, excluding batteries and liquid crystal display (LCD), are guaranteed to be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for 1 year from date of purchase. This excludes defects due to misuse, accidental damage or wear and tear.
